The bolt pattern and offset are the same. However, the brakes have changed. You can put newer 17" and larger wheels on the '99 & '00 lades, but the '99 & '00 16" wheels probably won't fit the '02 and up vehicles with the larger brakes.

Yes, be sure they can clear your newer brakes. If they're local, maybe test fit them. I ran into this problem a few years ago, although my problem was clearing my over sized after market rotors. If they fit properly, then you might have found yourself an OK deal.

yeah i bought them and they dont fit the rear, they fit the front fine it also seems that the wheel studs are smaller because the lug nuts the guy included were to small, do they only fit 99 escalades or do they fit like suburbans and yukons??

The '99 & '00 Lade/Denali wheels will fit the the older year vehicles that came with 16" wheels. When GM chaged the rear brakes, which was much needed, they had to go to 17". The change didn't happen across all of the 1/2 ton platforms at the same time. The '00 Tahoe with the new body style went to the new brakes. I'm not sure when the pick-up changed. The studs on your '03 are14mm fine thread.

My 01 Tahoe LT had 16" rims, as did all 01s except the Z71, which had 17s.
So, maybe the brake change was later, not right at the start of the "new" body style. Regardless, the 99/00 Lade wheels will fit 99 and older Tahoes and Suburbans as stated by Daryl.

I think part of it too is the offset of the rim, beccause they come with 16" spares that do fit
