Just wondering if anyone could tell me what I would probably spend on a supercharger plus install and also what other items are going to have to updated/replaced due to the added power.. Thanks |

Usually 5k to 7k for the unit, install can run anywhere from 2k to 3k, you should make your trans bullitproof at the same time, that is about another 1500.00 to 2000.00, or just run your trans to you fry it.  I have customers with superchargers, if you get on it a lot your trans will go, if you are not on the truck a lot the trans will last for a while

Since I'm curious as well.. For the prices you're speaking of, about how much performance gain do you get? If you know - horsepower, torque, 0-60 and 1/4 mile..

Say on an 07' you can get 150 hp (550) at the crank, 0-60 times in the mid 5's, 1/4 times in the 13's |

Too much 4 an suv! Why have so much power on such a heavy vehicle? It's beyond me! I guess if you have a lot of money to waste it's all good.  |

The shop that I use installs a ton of supercharger and turbo's, get to drive many of them. The stock 07's run 6.5 0-60. |

I have a customer with one on an 03' Escalade, don't think the guy ever put the gas pedal on the floor yet |

I'm not looking to drag race. I just want the power to be there if and when I need it. I may have to look into that link you posted. I wonder what installation on THAT may be. |
