In 03' it was an option that appeared later in the year, when I ordered my 03' in the summer of 02' I was told that this option would delay the building of my 03' so I did not get the tire pressure sensor option. It sounds like you do not have it, you can scroll thru your DIC to see if it's listed, but if no alarm went off at 10 lbs of air pressure your truck probably does not have the option.
