Hi All,

I'm taking my 03 Escalade off the road for the winter time. Probably storing it away til lApril...

Should I do any type of Winterization before I put it away?

THanks, greatly aprreciate any feedback.

Fill the fuel tank all the way, if it's only for a few months you do not need gas stablizer, more than three months and you may want to use it. My Corvette's usually sat for 3-4 months during the winter, you may want to put a charger on the battery, a trickle charger is fine

Re: Taking my 03 Escalade off the road for the Winter.

Check on a charger called the battery tender. It works great for stuff like this. If it needs a charge it will turn on, when it doesn't it will not do a thing. When ever I store I always put a light film of WD-40 on the chrome or rust sensitive parts. That could be because I am anal but I also don't have any rust.

Battery Tender is what it's called.
