Please help, I need advice on my 24's rubbing on the REAR only!!!

Thanks to Nolimit124, i just got a beautiful set of TIS 24" rims and tires!!
Just put them on and i have rubbing on the rear!! Not the front as i would have expected?
I do have a Mcgauthys 2/3 drop, had no prob with my old 22's.
It seems to be the rear inner plastic, but i have to look closer tomorrow after i pull the rears off. It happens when i hit a bump unevenly and the truck kind of rocks side to side. Like the camber is changing.
I've read all about the 'zip tie' fix, but usually only for the front inner fenders. I'm 99% sure i have a 10 offset, will confirm tomorrow.

Any personal experience out there?
Do i have to cut the plastic out, or is there a rear 'zip tie' fix?!?
Thx

If it is the inner fender you can cut them, or you can get wheel spacers to move the rear wheels out, sounds like the offset was a little off causing the rubbing
