who makes the GM performance exhaust?

I have a GM performace exhaust for an 07' and it appears to be made by Borla, not sure pre 2007

Corsa made a licensed bolt in for the 2002-2006.

Would the 02-06 be the sport or touring?
Just placed a bid on ebay for the sport.
Hope it's not to loud or has drone in the cabin for the wife when driving.

I have a touring exhaust. The only difference is the muffler. Everything is mint condition and i would be willing to trade my touring for your sport if you are not satisfied. Food for thought...

Just bought and had the Sport (14220 I think) installed a month or two ago. All I can say is awesome sound (and increased performance). No drone at all - it is sick when accelerating but quiet when you want. I'm going to get one for my Mustang GT as well.

Hey Guyz1996deville,
Won the bid for $500 and shipped on Friday (11/16) from Harmon Cadillac in Ohio. If it's to loud for the little lady you've got a deal.

Would we need to exchange just mufflers? Are they the same length?

Sport and Touring mufflers were the same size.

Well received my Corsa Sport system and had it installed by my local muffler shop (plug: Kenny's Muffler, Cypress, CA) as I didn't have the time as I'm doing some additions/mod's to the house for the last couple of months.....another story.
I love the sound and looks for what little time I've driven it the last couple of day's. My woman is the primary driver and I was not sure if she would like the addition to our ride........she was impressed, but my Daughter had her own opinion......which doesn't matter as she has a Volvo 850 turbo that is a completely different sound, application, 4 banger with a rice burner exhaust system.
No comparison IMO.
So far I'm pleased

with the purchase and plan to keep it in in tack.
All seams were welded as I didn't trust the clamps over the long run.

A friend of mine works in the Parts Dept. at my local Cadillac dealer. He says that he has had numerous complaints that the Touring and Performance exhausts were too loud and 'rumbly' as reported by customers who have had them installed.
Your thoughts?

Welcome to the dealership world. You will have people complain about everything. Off subject kind of but people were complaining because the coffee was still free at work. People are never satisfied. Send one of the people my way with the sport muffler. I want to have options on the Corsa touring or the sport....

I'm going to bet the complaints come from people who want Cadillac to mean quiet...Corsa (have the Indy/Sport on my C5 Corvette) is fine at idle and screams at WOT...I was warned away from Touring as too quiet and have no regrets...My 2000 Escalade has the Magnaflow exhaust...rumbles around town but gets loud again at WOT...(Corsa is much quieter at "idle")...sometimes I say to myself..."why did I buy a loud exhaust for the Escalade...but you know why...:P
