VS Wire to disable Nav safety?

Remove this ad
I read a couple of posts in the archives that if you place an inline switch on the green/white VS wire on the small loom of the Cadillac Navigation system, you can override the safeties and use it while in motion.

I was about to do so, took the dash apart and removed the radio, but there are 2 green/white wires on the small loom of the navigation system.

Can anybody clarify which one to put the inline switch on?

Has anybody here performed this with good results?

Thanks in advance!

Don't think that works on the 07's. Does it GMG?
