sideview mirrors with signal in 02 lade?

I was just wondering how difficult it would be to put the newer sideview mirros with the signal in them in an 02 lade. Now the mirrors themselves should be an easy swap, but what about wiring?? Anybody do this or know how? Thanks!

If you do a search, this has come up a few times before. I think JC Whitney sells a conversion kit that is easier than retrofitting the stock 03+ mirrors.

Thats weird. I thought it was 03. My 03 has the right mirrors but no turn signal feature. They operate perfectly and the power fold feature works but they dont have the little LED arrow my 04 Avalanche did. So I figured it was an 04+ feature, maybe my mirrors were replaced or it was an early run 03.
