Best Kind of 24 inch tires

Remove this ad
I currently have a set of Echelon Korums with 305/35/24 Cooper Zenons
I am in the market for a new set of tires and now there are so many different brands out there I didnt know if you guys would know of any brands with the same performance for a better Price or even better performance the coopers ride great and handle awesome. Sometimes you cant even tell the truck has rims on it. By the way these are on a Cadillac ESV. The coopers are a little pricy thats the only reason I am checking my options. Thanks for the future info

I'm on some Kumhos and I like them. My tire guy said they just about as good as the more expensive tires, you just not paying for the name

I have Kumhos on mine too, and I love it. You sure can't beat that price with the great quality!

Re: Best Kind of 24 inch tires

I also have an expedition with a set of 22's on it with some Kumhos on it and I hate them the ride is loud u can hear them on the road and the ride sucks u can feel everything. As well as I have a lifetime balance & alignment on them thru Firestone and they will at some speeds always shake or pull sometimes they came with the rims when I bought them but I would never buy them again.

Re: Best Kind of 24 inch tires

Anyone have any experience with the Toyo Proxes ST? I have those on my factory 20's but I just ordered my 24's and I don't know what to wrap them with. Also, anyone know the best place to shave some cost off the tires? Once you get some big wheels the rubber is INSANELY expensive.

Re: Best Kind of 24 inch tires

Are you guys with 24's running 305/35's or are 295/30's a better pick?

I run 305s. my buddy runs 295s on his tahoe. I personally like them (the 295s) better and when it comes time to change them...I'll be switching to them. It has a slight...but noticeable lower profile on 295s and in my opinion looks better.

Re: Best Kind of 24 inch tires

I just feel like I would prefer that wider rubber on there, can you give me some info on the price difference? I haven't done any research on them yet. I'll start shopping around.
