probably would depend where you got them... He got all 4 of his for tires for 700 from a local shop which is dirt cheap IMO.. They are not even any kinda name brand I have ever heard of...but they are VERY soft rubber and ride very smooth..but they also wear more quickly..

I've got Lexani Radian tires in a 305/35...and mine are very hard rubber and seem to last FOREVER..I've put 15k miles on the truck since I bought it from another guy and I still have 50% tread left...I also rotate them every 6k miles.......but they ride A LOT rougher than his...Mine sell for just a little over 300 a piece.

I think my next tire will be a soft rubber...id rather a smoother ride...

oh and as far as width..the actual width difference is about a half inch more narrow and 1.5" more shorter for the 295.

Good to know. Thanks for the info on those. I'll probably just search until I track down some Proxes ST's. I am very pleased with the ones I have on my 20's.
