I can't imagine it wouldn't fold flat. Every other SUV is able to package their rear suspension to make it happen so surely GM can figure it out.

Me too. I can see it being power fold - but still not lay flat. Hope I'm wrong.

Did your friend give any details as to how they thought it looked?

He said its not as flashy as current truck.
    Looks elegant.
Now that I saw elmiraj concept that I understand him better.
Its probably SUV version of the elmiraj.

Rainsense wipers would be nice. I think every tech option available and caddy cars should be available for the Escalade.

A deal braker for me would be if it didn't have same 6 lug pattern. I'd love seeing a more up to date Head unit that is more user friendly to external/aux players.

They need to put headrest monitors and take the flip downs away there in the way of the mirror

Even with 3 kids 8 and under, I don't care either way about this. iPads have made in vehicle systems irrelevant.

I agree 100 percent. Any game you wish, and video, and Internet if available to you (sync phone and its done). I had after market DVD headrests in the caddy but I pulled the out and sold them. Ipad way better.

No mine is not physically installed in the headrest , but there is a video on YouTube with one I stalled in the headrest that charges in it as we'll.
