I been driving escalades since I was 20. 1999 Sand Stone, 2003 ESV, 2008 Escalade Sport. My favorite was the 2003 the most comfortable. I think if I change my rims to the 18" it would be comfortable but I loose the look. I will drive Escalades all my life my main vehicle.
I highly agree with you, the second generation is the most comfortable...the seats were like lazy boys. I will probably drive escalades forever too they're everything I want in a vehicle....

I have actually only seen the bigger one... is there a link to the regular wheelbase? Would like if they do, as I like the regular size and have no need for the ESV.

One of the key things to pick up here is the new fixed window sail in the 2nd row finally allowing for the second row windows to go all the way down.

Yeah, I never noticed until about a couple months after when we had adults int he back.. though the window was jammed for a brief second. Haha... but i like the cleaner look without the fixed window on the back door. Just jittering waiting on this!

I don't know why but that looks like a new ford expedition model or maybe a chrysler SUV. Just looking at the front grill and the emblem also doesn't really scream a tahoe/gmc or cadillac.

I think I know why. I saw this a while ago. Even though this is a Tahoe, it will share the same body with the Yukon and escalade. It looks like the spy photos that we have been seeing. It's a rendering but it is kind of ugly. The current model is gorgeous looking compared to this.

*side note* looks like gm may be buying Lexani or getting into the custom rim business. If you look at the wheel wells it looks like they designed it with the thought of owners putting 26 or 30 inch rims on it.

There is no way this is 2015 Tahoe.
I have talked to Chevy dealer owner here in Tulsa and he said Tahoe looks great( he saw it in Vegas back in sep 2012) and it's different from silverado.
Rendering here is just a silverado in SUV form.
You can check the covered spy shots of the silverado and Tahoe,
You can tell the difference clearly.

    As far as escalade goes,
I think it's gonna be pretty good,
I don't expect much change from current premium/platinum editions.
Probably little more hp around 460,
8 speed auto,200 pounds weight loss(was expecting 500 pounds or so).
    That's about it.
As far as cue goes its very distracting and not user friendly.
I hope they will do something about it.

I think Hannity loves Cadillac and would be one of the first costumer on 2015 escalade.

Also check this link on 2014 cts,
This should give us clues on what 2015 escalade might look like

You could be right, because when I saw it the first thing that popped in my mind is a that it looks like a siverado. I really hope it doesn't resemble that, but the camo spy shots almost like it. But we will see, oh and I'm not in the market for a new vehicle any time soon. I'm a person that buys a car and I try to hold on to it and pamper it for 10 years or more. I've been around custom cars from my youth up until college so I have in my brain "Take care of your car, hold on to it, cherish it." In return if it's a show car it will win you trophies, or if it's a daily driver it will be reliable. I'm kind of a car fanatic, I basically have interest in all cars. Even the Ferrari's and A8's that I cannot afford. Only cars that I really don't even pay attention to are Buggati's. BTW thanks for the link.

We will see I guess @ the LA auto show were the current model was unveiled in 06. It looks like Cadillac is taking the next gen styling cues from the ciel concept car. Just like the current gen did with the sixteen. Look at the new cts it did.
