ELR 'Day Mode' vs. 'Night Mode'
Does anyone else with an ELR see any difference when switching from 'Day Mode' to 'Night Mode'?
Home Screen --> Settings --> Display --> Mode
Today was very dark and cloudy, but the Display screen and instrument controls were too bright (same problem that happens in the Volt). I switched from 'Auto' to 'Night Mode' expecting the screens to dim and the Instrument Panel Illumination Control thumbwheel to be enabled. But nothing changed. The navigation map looks like same in 'Day Mode' and 'Night Mode', and every other screen I looked at had the same color scheme, brightness, and background.
So what does 'Night Mode' actually do? Perhaps that setting being overridden by the light/solar sensor next to the charge status indicator above the instrument panel?
