Blown Strut '06 Performance
My wife hit a pot hole the other day and blew a strut. There are no other signs of damage.
It sounds like the gates of hell opening, and there is thick black grease on the top of the piston, which makes me believe it is blown.
With the MRC what are the options? I have a friend that is capable of installing them, so I don't need the dealer for that. Are there any after market struts? Is there anything I can substitute for now?

Replace the one mrc shock with an mrc or all four with aftermarket and bypass sthe system.

Re: Blown Strut '06 Performance
How can I bypass the system without causing a constant error message?
