I run 245-40-20s in the summer. The tire brand was wanli, they are too loud but the price was good, any other brands that are quite running? ,looking for a comfort ride and quiet, not so much a performance tire. Becase they cost so much I wanna start saving now, don't want spring to get here and i need to come up with over $1000 on the spot.

Re: Summer tires
If you want a comfort ride get a tire with some rubber on it.. like a 245-55-17 .. the short side wall tires are not going to ride as well. period. You may like the looks better but the ride will not be the same. Cadillac paid a lot of engineers that are smarter than you and I a lot of money to figure out what would give the car the best combination of performance and ride. Any radical changes you make are not likely to improve things. Sorry if I sound like a cynic, but that's just the way it is.

Re: Summer tires
I agree , I run the factory rims with winter tires during the winter months and I agree it has the best ride with the factory rims....but.... during the summer I run larger rims and the ride is more taught but not intrusive just the road noise is a bit much with the brand I used last year.
