Oil pressure sensor
Hey guys, anybody replaced there oil pressure sensor on the 07 dts? My warning light comes on about once a month and I have to restart the car to turn it off,I'm pretty sure it's the OPS because I can see oil on it,however I don't know if it's leaking or there's a leak from somewhere else that is dropping on the sensor, my leak is minor there's a few spots on my garage floor, the engine is running great and the oil level is good(I check it every day). It's a tight fit in there and I know the oil filter adapter has to come off but the motor mount scares me it's right in the way...any help would be appreciated.

Re: Oil pressure sensor
It can be done without removing the motor mount...

Isn't the LEVEL sensor by the filter. The pressure sensor is on the rear head. Least that's how it was for Devilles and Sevilles.

I just had my pressure sensor replaced. It is next to the oil filter right above the front center motor mount. $20 part and hour and half labor - $130. I didn't have time to mess with mine, and the warning bell was on constantly.
