    2008 DTS rear blower motor

Anyone know how to access the rear/back seat blower motor. When I turn the AC on for the back seat the motor that kicks on sounds horrible. I am guessing something is in the blades or the rotor is going bad. Sounds like the motor may be below the center console but I have not been able to access it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
