    universal home remote

    The buttons in the home remote sytem are loose and when pressed they go up inside the housing. Can anybody tell me how the housing comes down so I can get inside.
    It's in a 2006 DTS.

    i would like to know as well, mine is hanging a bit, so when my base rumbles it rattles, its kind of annoying
