wheel balancing on 2007 DTS Performance

Can't get car to ride at 65 mph without vibration, mostly in seats. None is steering wheel. Best balance once was at Walmart. Had tire shop do it poorly while condemning Walmart for doing static balance. Anyone have any advice. I think it has something to do with the 2007 performance wheels and how they put them on the balance machine.

Road Force Balance at a shop that you can find that really knows what they are doing and talking about, has done this problem before on Cadillac's and has fixed it. They would be able to tell you in the balancing process if you have a bent wheel or bad tire, you will be so happy when that VIB goes away.
