    How to clean tehama leather?

Guys I was wondering if anybody here knows how to clean/maintain this leather. I have used lexol products on my previous cars leather but from what I've read this leather is a bit different. Will the leather absorb conditioners? Appreciate it guys and thanks.

You could probably get good answers to that at auto detail site such as Autogeeks.com or Mcguiarsonline.com
    Just my 2 cents worth

Soft rag and water only do not use dish soap or store bought cleaners. Call a dealer or email GM before you try anything else.Mike

I dissolve a bar of DOVE soap in a quart of water.
It takes a few says to dissolve.
Stir it up, dampen a cloth with it and gently clean a small portion at a time.
Use another clean cloth dampened with clean water to remove any leftover DOVE.
Then I use Mequires conditioner on them.

Just remember.. before it was leather, it was skin.
Don't put anything on the leather you wouldn't want on "YOUR" skin.

What he^^^^ said... To protect and condition the leather I use Beeswax, its all natural, keeps leather supple and won't harm the leather in any way...just don't use a lot or your seats will get a buildup.

In the Spring I can see a dirt build-up, mostly from the dye of my black leather winter coats. I use saddle-soap to clean that off, then a wax-based protectant / conditioner.

(Winter coats aren't needed in Texas so those folks can probably skip step 1...)
