I have a '04 DTS and I just got it back from the shop where they had to replace all 4 wheels and tires because they were stolen....ever since then (which has been about a week now) the car shake's when I go above 55mph. Now it's never done this b4 and I can't really put my finger on it. So if I could get some input that would be great. Thanks in advance.

If the work was done by a reputable shop, they should take care of this for you. you forgot to mention if you purchased new or used tires and wheels.
One or more of the wheels could be bent, one of the tires could be out of round or have broken steel belt(s), there could be water in the tire.
From experience, if a shop does not have a filter in the shop air compressor, moist air could enter the tire and stay there. I once had a tire that would not balance and car would shake when the weather outside was below freezing. Turned out to be water inside the tire that would freeze inside the tire causing it to throw off the balance, but each time the tire was dismounted and resealed, the ice would melt so they could not find the problem. When I finally took it to a different shop, they found the problem and all they had to do was dry the inside of the tire thoroughly and refill it with dry air. Go figure!

Cool Re: Questions about the 2006 and later DTS? CLICK HERE FIRST!

Thanks bigbluebus2500 I appreciate the advice The car was replaced with brand new wheels and tires and I did end up taking it back to the shop where my insurance sent me...it was a balance thing. So they just rebalanced all four tires and I haven't had a problem since. Thanks!

The couple of reviews I read about it... it don't work...
You actually LOSE HP.. not gain HP and it kills your fuel mileage.
    Go do some reading here...

Just remember the old saying... you usually get what you pay for.
Don't you think that if it was THAT EASY to add more HP and fuel mileage to the NorthStar.. that GM would have already did it??????
A GM Powertrain Engineer once said... all the low hanging fruit for the NorthStar has already been picked.

Thanks for the link. I like what the GM engineer said. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise on this site.
