Getting a new Mary Kay DTS 2006

Hi, this is my first thread / post.
My wife is a Mary Kay Director and she's on what they call: "track to Cadillac"
This is her first month so we think that March will be it.
They take 3 to 4 months to deliver the car so it may be a 2007. We won the Pontiac Vibe last year and we got the 2006.
I know that there may be some "MK Cadi" owners in here so I'll love to ask some questions.
I'll be ordering the TIS "7" 20' wheels and some ICE soon, any one with this wheels?
Thanks, Alex.

I would like to know if there are any springs right now to lower the DTS, it's gonna look too high with 20's.

My wife has been in MK for about 25 years and is currently driving an 06 DTS, her 11th caddy! You do know that any modifications you make to the car are pointless since you don't own the car! Any money you put into it...you will not get out of it! In fact, the company frowns upon major revisions to the car as they own it...not you!

Re: Getting a new Mary Kay DTS 2006

Hey! good to know that. Is she a National yet?
My sister has been in the company for about 15 and my wife started about a year ago, we just finish the 50's Club in December and planing to keep growing stronger. She's in charge of the Hispanic side with Auri Hatheway and Maira Smalley at Dacia Weigandt's Unit in Miami.

About the car, is the same as a Lease, where you pay for a car that it's really not your car, the difference here is that MK is paying for our cars. That doesn't mean that I can't put wheels on it, if i want to buy the car at the end of the 2 year lease I'll paint it and keep it. If i don't, I'll put the original wheels back on the car and return it. As a matter of fact I'm buying the MK Pontiac Vibe we got some months ago, I won't have to take out the Audio system I install in it.
One thing I want to ask you is, Is there a way to upgrade the features on the MK cadi at the dealer?
Thanks, Alex.

Re: Getting a new Mary Kay DTS 2006

Alex,

My wife is an Elite Exec. with 8 first line and 2 DIQ's, 3 Second Line with 1 Second line DIQ and 1 3rd Line DIQ! She hopes to be an NIQ by September! Yeah! Congrats on your wife being in Dacia's Area! She is awesome and have met her on occasion at Leadership!

Unfortunately you cannot change any of the options at the dealer as the car is leased through MK - and yes I guess you can make all of the after market additions you want to if you are going to buy the car! I called in to Career Car Services at MK to see the value of my wifes 04 deville and with 32k miles they wanted $19,500 for it...! I was just curious... I wasn't going to buy it. Anyway...tell your wife good luck!
