Write the lug nut key code somewhere in the car--use liquid paper under the hood or a magic marker. Just in case someone loses the lug nut key.

The lugs are hidden under the center caps. Thief would have to pull caps off before getting at them. Aftermarket rims are more in demand to thieves than Oem. Put your lock key in the trunk(as Lifer did) under the spare tire...be a while before a thief will find it, especially if your trunk is full.

Just a note for those who are interested. My wife's 2008 DTS has Vogue wheels with center covers. There is a coded key that is needed to remove these covers. Then the wheel locks must be removed with a different key. Both keys are in the center console of her car. When one of the stock tires recently developed a bulge in the side wall, both keys were used by the dealer to replace the tire. They looked in the center console for the keys and there was no problem. Would they have thought to look in the trunk for the keys? I don't know. I'll have to ask.
