I had this same problem on my 1995 Deville 2 years ago.I took it to a windshield replacement shop and had them do a "free air pressure leak test".They found the windshield sealant had dried out and it let air in.It also leaked a bit of water everytime i ran it through a car wash.It needed a new windshield anyway as it was 12 years old and quite pitted so i had them put in a new one.I told them to apply the new sealant as thick s possible----it really fixed the wind noise and water leak.
Since yours is an '06, i doubt the windshield sealant is dried out----but you could have them run a free air pressure leak test anyway,just to make sure.
If you have a sunroof it may leak air there also.
