DTS-L is Now Available for Ordering
The Cadillac DTS-L (W30), based on the DTS livery sedan (W20) chassis, is now available for ordering as a MY2008 retail or fleet vehicle. The DTS-L (W30) is an incomplete vehicle that Cadillac Master Coachbuilders can extend up to eight inches in order to provide additional leg room for rear seat passengers. Cadillac dealers and Cadillac Master Coachbuilders are encouraged to work together in ordering and/or selling DTS-L models, as the process of ordering, converting and delivering is the same as that for a[/font][FONT='Bookman Old Style','serif']limousine (V4U) or funeral coach (B9Q).[/font][FONT='Bookman Old Style','serif']It is highly recommended that dealers utilize Quick Order in GM's Order Workbench when ordering a DTS-L (W30) as a retail or fleet vehicle. Preferred Equipment Group ISH must be selected, along with option codes W20 and W30. In addition, it is required that all[/font][FONT='Bookman Old Style','serif']dealers assign a Coachbuilder ID Code (located under the Fleet Incentive Codes section) forcing the incomplete vehicle to be shipped to the designated Cadillac Master Coachbuilder.
