I want a "V" series type grill from my 07 DTS Performance. My dealer says there is no such thing. However, of all places there is a promo running on the TV's in Walmart for a show on CMT where they show an 07 DTS with this type grill. A guy in the service department at the dealer said to try Lund Cadillac in Phoenix and this forum. Anyone know where I can get this grill?
Another problem, I have adaptive cruise, so will it work at all?
Hope someone can help. |

Hope someone can help. | I can't tell you for sure, but I have an STS-V and from what I have learned, the reason it does not have adaptive cruise is because of the mesh grill. Maybe if you check with Vogue, they may know.

Probably weight savings. I've wondered myself about that, as well as cooled seats, and all I've come up with is weight.
No ACC on the XLR-V either, so don't feel too slighted.

Hope someone can help. | Cavender Cadillac in San Antonio has some cars on showroom floor with V grills (DTS, CTS, STS). I am not sure who sales mgr is, but main # is 210-226-7221. Willie Cassanova is a salesman for past 20 years or more. He can direct you to correct person. Ken McDonald (long timer also) is service mgr. Good man. Mike ?? is parts mgr. This dealership is very reputable. Nice people. Some of their mechanics and salespeople have been there for over 20 yrs. I don't know anyone at Ken Batchelor Caddy (also in San Anton), but I do not hear good things about them. Nothing specific.
Ask them WHERE YOU CAN BUY. Might save a buck by going directly.
Hey, what about Gene Culley at Gmpartshouse.com???? Search on forum for him. Faulkner Caddy too. Both good people with discounts.
Whoops. Do those searches on the corvette forum. I bought my CTS shop manual from Gene at gmpartshouse.com
