Hi. My 91 deville was idling rough and died out often, so i checked the fuses and found that one 10 amp injector fuse was blown. I replaced it and now the exhaust smells of gas badly. I've been told it has a bad injector(s), so my question is should i remove the fuse and let it run on just the others because im guessing that the bad injectors were the ones with the blown fuse.
Thanks
No, running it with the fuse blown will only put you back where you were. If your exhaust smells like gas, you either have a bad FPR or stuck injector(s). If the fuse blows again, figure out why and repair it. FPR is very easy to check. Go to the Tech Tips section for a "How To".
