Just messing with PSP and checking out making the rear wheels open like they did in '93 with the Caprice, and the later model DeVilles.

Ive always wondered, how are you supposed to change the tire. It would seem much more tedious to do it with the skirts over the wheels. They look like they can be removed, but in reality they cant??

when you jack the car up, the wheel comes down.
