    Wiper Arm Blues

On the 89 SDV, apparently I need some kind of special tool to get my wiper arm adjusted and/or off. My wipers are only working about half way right now. Nobody seems to have one around here. I looked on Amazon, but I don't think this is what I need. http://www.amazon.com/Lisle-54150-Ba...wiper+arm+tool

Any auto parts store including Walmart should have those.

My wiper arms don't look like that. It has a post up the center, but it doesn't go all the way though. There's a lever on the side.

Rotate the lever outwards, then wiggle the arm up and down in a rocking motion until it comes all the way up off. That lever actually holds it on.
