    Unfortunately Sean,

Without me physically being there to see how you're connecting things, it's hard to tell.

This thread had a similar issue, everything I've been telling you to do he has figured it out....

You are going to have to hand this issue off to someone that knows electrical work.

Re: new blower motor not turning on

Circuit 754 is nothing but a wire from terminal D1 on the programmer connector to terminal B on the blower motor. That circuit may have another connector joining the one single wire to the blower motor.

    I suggest you stop.

This isn't something for you to do.

You need to take it to someone with electrical experience to solve this. I can guide you but you unfortunately don't have enough electrical experience to deal with this issue.

    You can make things worse......

Re: new blower motor not turning on

Sean you can't get your "new" blower motor to power up?

Now you want to attempt to bypass a circuit?

You could potentially ruin the car electrically......I suggest stopping.

    Sean,

There isn't a part to replace. This is why it's called diagnosis. It's possibly the wiring or the connection. You're trying to throw parts at a problem and in the end it could be a loose connection somewhere.

The programmer seems to have a very high failure rate, but it sounds like you have other issues going on with this car if the heater hasn't worked in 8 years of ownership.

It's time to pass the baton to someone that can run with it........

You unfortunately have to take it to someone that can understand the electrical diagnosis of the system.

I suggest that you do before you make things worse......

    ----------

If you had more electrical experience, you would have figured this out already.

It's not a bad thing. We all have our area of expertise...........

Which means you have a bad connector, pin in the connector at pin b or the wire connection is broken.

Take a piece of wire and "jump" pin b from the blower motor back the terminal on the programmer.
what was the jumping pin b of blower motor to back of the programmer procedure supposed to do..i think i found the problem..

Re: new blower motor not turning on

When you "jump" pin B of the blower motor back to the programmer, you're by passing circuit 754.

The jumper wire now becomes circuit 754. If the blower "now" works, you've found the problem.

That circuit, and or the associated wiring is at fault.
