That flow chart next to the schematic in post 59 tells you how to diagnose the issue.

    Follow the flow chart.........

    Ok,

Circuit 754 is the gry/black wire at pin B?!

Which means you have a bad connector, pin in the connector at pin b or the wire connection is broken.

Take a piece of wire and "jump" pin b from the blower motor back the terminal on the programmer.

@98eldo32v hmm if it cant be the ground what else could it be the 350 wire or 1142 wire?

Re: new blower motor not turning on

Circuit 754 is the blower speed signal wire from the programmer to the blower motor, not a ground circuit.

    ----------

Circuit 1142, carries 12 volts, THAT'S ELIMINATED IF YOU HAVE VOLTAGE

Circuit 350 is ground, THAT'S ELIMINATED IF YOU JOIN 1142, TO 350 WITH A TEST LIGHT AND THE LIGHT COMES ON.

The only circuit in question is 754 and the data line.

When you apply 12 volts to the blower motor and a ground does the motor spin?

    ----------

This is electrical diagnosis and this maybe a bit much for you to deal with. You may have to hand this over to someone that will understand the schematics and what I'm explaining, but it's really straight forward.

Yet, you do something wrong, short circuits will sprout up fast.

"Jumping" means basically bypassing the existing wire that completes that particular circuit with another wire.

You're close to solving the issue or discovering the real problem, but you can do more harm than good to your car at this point if you do the testing wrong.

Re: new blower motor not turning on

    I suppose you could.

Plug everything in the way it should be.

Take a piece of wire or the fused jumper wire and stick it in firmly at the rear of the connector on the blower motor at terminal B, take the opposite end of the wire/fused wire and stick it in the backside of the connector of the programmer in terminal D1.

Then test to see if the blower motor engages.

    ----------

When you applied 12 volts to pin c, and grounded a on the blower, the motor didn't spin??????
