    99 deville

    99 Deville when driving down the road has been cutting completely out, all power fails. Put the car in nuetral and hit ignition it starts right back up. Any ideas? help will be greatly appreciated<sp?>. Had a friend mechanic suggest to check Body Control Module-is that a possiblity? if so where is it and how do i check it?

    Sounds like you should get some codes.

    Could also be some sort of vacuum leak.....

    Codes will probably say something like "engine stall detected" or something like that.......
