    UnhappyF.D.C.-What's up with that?????

I am having a problem with my 1993 Cadillac Sixty Special.
Recently on a very hot day my Fuel Data Center went crazy and started changing to all modes constantly. It continued for a while and then returned to normal after I kept pressing the Average MPG button. The problem did not re-surface for a few weeks. But suddenly one day it did the same thing. Again after a few minutes it returned to normal. Then a few weeks went by and it did it again last week. It even causes the "CHANGE OIL SOON" light to come on and flash as it goes through its modes. Does anyone know what is going on with this and what needs to be done other than replacing it?
