    Misfire - 1991 Deville

    91 Deville cap rotor plugs wires 02 sensor cat less but still missing
    In park if I raise idle let off gas it pops sounds like a back fire

    Might check for a vacuum leak.

    Had a full tune up done replaced 1 vacuum line that was iffy
    It lo rpms its slight mis
    But mid rpms its worse
    Floor it,it misses but feels like its
    Running out of gas

    what brand cap/rotor/wires/plugs -

    look inside the distributor - at the base of it -

    observe the tiny wires of the pick-up coil -
    those wires constantly flex - make sure they are intact -

    did you set the BASE timing at 10* BTDC -

    Have you verified fuel pressure?

    tested fuel pressure this is what I got
    Key on (not running) 0psi
    Running 38psi
    Key off (after running) hold at 40psi
    All gm trucks and cars I've had prime will key is on except this one
    Buddy of mine said some vehicles don't

    All vehicles with fuel injection prime the system. Otherwise, every start wood be long and sputtery.
