    Re: Water under car

Is it just behind and inboard of the RF wheel? If so and you are using the A/C (as I suspect you would be in Myrtle Beach) it's A/C condensate. Dip your finger in it. Look, smell and taste like water? If so, that's what it is.

    Re: Water under car

OK - Where is the "water spot" ? Under the engine is most likely a coolant leak. Under the passenger seat or trunk, most likely a normal exhaust system vapor weep - the resonator and mufflers DO have drain holes and this is a prime time of year for cool weather exhaust vapor.

So the HVAC is set to ECON ? (A/C compressor will not run in ECON) - or does your car have an "A/C OFF" button ?

He has the ECON button, no A/C OFF button on the pre-2000 Devilles.

I would double check the cooling system with a pressure test.

If it's just water, don't worry about it.
