Red faceUnsure of what these codes mean, please help!

I own a 98 Cadillac Deville, It recently had a hose come loose and it overheated because all of the coolant poured out the hose. I'm going to get a coolant flush soon, had a few codes. I looked em up and I know the technical terms for the codes, but I am totally clueless as to what they mean in laymens terms and if they are anything I should worry about. The codes are P1520 transmission range switch circuit and P1522 park/neutral to drive/reverse out high rpm

Were the codes Current or History, and does the transmission seem to operate properly now ?? Idle, coast, accelerate, pass, road load, wide open throttle ? If all is good, clear codes and forget it.

What is transmission fluid life in the DIC ?
