Re: P/S high pressure hose help - 2003 Deville

The MA822 is a direct fit (plug n play) replacement. I don't think any adapters are available with a screw fitting. Why do you need/want a screw on fitting?

    P.S.
Don't hijack someone elses thread. I moved this to your own thread.

Doesn't the Gabriel hi-jacker use screw on fittings.

If I understand this correctly -
you have the Monroe MA822 rear shocks -
but the car air lines have been modified to the screw cap
rather than the stock plug-in -

if this is correct - you have THREE choices -

get a new airline set from the dealer - $$$$$$$$$ -

hit the junk yards for a good used air line set -

    get the Monroe AK29 manual-fill kit - less than $15 -
it has the correct "factory" plug on the shock-end of the air line -
you just have to look at what was changed - and change it back -

I don't think you have Monroe MA822's on there. I just installed 2 sets and they have factory snap on connectors. If yours are screw on, they are either not MA822's or not Monroe.

sounds like someone put on the FAKE ACDelco Gabriel hi-jackers -
a real crappy shock compared to the Monroe ma822 -
