1987 Deville inside AC fan / blower motor issues.

Problem started when I turned AC off and the blower fan started and continued to blow air (not AC) even after I turned the ignition off. After I tried opening & closing the door, I started the car up again and the blower stopped. I went on to work. When I was going home I turned on the AC. I could feel it cooling, but the fan never came on.

I have looked at the fuses on the drivers side. I also pulled the panel off on the passenger side to see if I could find the blower control module, and found the fuses located there. None look obviously blown.

Does this sound like the blower control module?

Either the blower itself or the resistor module (I think the '87's still used those).
