    Concours "searching for idle"

My '94 Concours is having issues.
Starting in fine, but after driving 10-20 miles on open highway, the car will act like it is flooding when I accelerate slightly, but not enough to down shift. I can then go for passing gear, the car will hit passing gear and run great the first time or two. The car will then start to
act as if it is flooding out and stall.
I can restart the car and make it home, but idling into the drive way, the accelerator pedal is leaving my foot, going almost to the floor,
then there is a click that is heard from under the hood, the accelerator pedal returns to the high position and will repeat this until the car
stalls. This will happen again and again if I try to restart the car. at this point there is a fuel smell from the exhaust like an old carbureted car that is flooded. I have gotten the code ICM 1 time, cleared the codes and started over. I've gotten no codes since.
After the engine, and everything under the hood gets cold, it will start and run great, until everything get hot again. I've been told that it may be the ISC gone bad.
Over the last several months of trying to get it right, I've replaced the fuel pump as it quit, the EGR, coil packs, plugs and wires, cleaned the throttle body, new air and fuel filters.
    Any ideas????

Ok, will do. I recently replaced this as well, but will check it out again. I have no problem rechecking anything. By the way, does anyone know where I can get the rubber bushing that are used on the bolts/screws that hold the cover on top of the engine as mine are getting worn?
