If the car runs and drives normally with no driveability problems, and your father isn't antsy about repairing the mode door for the rear seat HVAC console, the other codes are inconsequential. Drive the car. The engine OFF and idling voltages are dead on target. DIC access to Feature Programming (if available on the base Deville) is thoroughly covered in the Owner's Manual.

by CURRENT i mean present/now not electrical current

you listed the codes that you got from the dash but you never said if they were CURRENT or HISTORY

just a thought that maybe there was some miscommunication there and want to make sure everyone's on the same page

and Sub is correct about reading up on the Feature Programming in the owners manual ... should cover pretty much all you will need

A/C Motor blower operates intermittently 2003 Deville

I have followed your advise and decided to drive the car with these not so serious warnigs... I'm keeping an eye on all so called discrepancies for now...
But new problem now; this car has 145K miles and of course some things will start to fail. The AC blower motor is starting to go. It operates intermittently, the AC shop wants $500 to replace the blower motor and the resistor.
So, I can it both items for under $50.00 at Autozone... or do I need get it from the dealer (much more $$)
Would anyone be able to direct me to a video or link where I can see the steps or gt an idea of what I'm facing..

Replacing the blower is not too difficult, but stay out of AutoZone. You might check the ground in the passengers side kick panel first. If that's not the problem and you are handy, you might try disassembling the blower and look for a loose wire. The other option is go to Rockauto and order one of their blowers. www.rockauto.com

When my 03 DTS was leaking coolant massively it was the water pump. Replaced it and surge cap and my 03 still rides like practically new still quiet when on. It has 154k miles.. I feel like these cars can reach the 200k mark.. tryna make it there so I can by the 2015 flagship when it hits!!!

200k? They can do that with ease. Here are a few examples, but look at post #366.
