    water in trunk

Hi guys, messin round with the car today, found water in lower trunk! My pull down isnt working bit seems to be in the full down position.I noticed it is unplugged so gonna clean contacts, check fuses etc.My question is trying to determine if I need new trunk seals or simply(?) get the pull down working? Also is there a weep hole somewhere in the trunk that may be blocked?? Awful smelly & damp in there!

pull the trunk liner out. It needs to dry anyway.
Look for water stains to indicate where the water is traveling.
I have one all the seam sealer in the rear redone.
I have two out here that are leaking from rear window seal lower left corner area.
