Seat stuck all the way back. 97 Deville
As the title says, need to take the drivers seat out but can't access the rear bolts because the seat won't go forward. Is there a way I can manually move the seat forward or at least some way I can remove the rear bolts?

You have to remove the upholstery from the seat bottom, disconnect the drive cables from the motor, and turn them both a little bit at a time.

Turned out to be the switch. The back of the switch had come loose and allowed the contacts to separate. A little J.B. Weld and "like new".
