    My Deville was doing the same as yours. I changed the lower radiator hose with one that was ribbed and had wire inside to keep it from collapsing. No more trouble. I got the hose from Autozone for $10 and had to trim 1/2 inch off of each end.

    Yes, collapsed hose could be an issue. The fans work which is good

    that will b the 2nd thing I do. I'll make sure the condenser & radiator are clear first.
