Well I checked it, the fuse seemed good. I went ahead and replaced it to just to be sure. Still no luck, no lamps coming on at all.. No trunk, hood, or interior lamps..

EDIT: You said the "Inadvertent power" is that it doesn't turn everything off after 10 minutes. Could it be that all the bulbs just got burned out?

No way did all the bulbs go at once.
The inad relat turns power off after 10 min, connected to that relay is interior light relay....so if inadv is bad no light or if int relay bad no lights.
Did u swap the relay yet to check it? Don't buy new until you find out if bad, and ebay has packs of 4 or 5 for 20-25 while local they are 13-17 each.

I have not yet, I will go do that. Where are the relays located? And, after swapping the fuse the hood light did come on, didn't notice that until last night. I only assumed the rest of the lights went out due to that whole "timer" thing. I don't know how long the vehicle has sat like that, and how long it has had that issue.

Fuses and relays are located under a cover that is just in front of the LH shock tower. The inadvert relay is kinda out there by itself.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the inadvertent relay? I had to get a new connector, and a new relay. The new connector is not colour-coded like the old one, it's just white and grey.
