1996 DeVille VIN Y new suspension

My DeVille has roughly 76,500 miles.

I have determined I need new struts for the front, as well as springs and sway bar links.

I have determined the need exists because:

A-My car bounces like a basketball after going over a bump. ESPECIALLY the front end. There is more movement than there was when I first acquired the old girl.
B- My left side is lower than the right. I notice it from outside the car, and it is clearly evident inside the car.
C-I've heard clunks from the front, and I've read that the links are often a culprit
D- Can you say BODY ROLL?

I have selected the following parts to remedy the situation:

MONROE KIT #90008-Convert from active to passive struts, cause I ain't made of money.
Sway bar links from cadillac bushings.com
    Delco springs

I am not sure if the tie rod ends are bad. Steering is fine, no noticeable issues. What I have noticed is that there is a vibration when braking, especially after aggressive maneuvering (such as a run through the twisties). There are passing vibrations at highway speeds, but these are nearly undetectable. New tie rod end time?

Since all four corners have the same mileage on them, to the best of my knowledge, the rear will be getting serviced as well.

I have selected the following parts to remedy the situation:

    MONROE Part#40046
    Delco Springs

I have a while before I plan of servicing the aforementioned parts, so I figured I'd sample your guys' knowledge to make sure I have the right ideas. Thanks for your help

Your 96 Deville does not have active struts. Shop passive struts.

I thought all the 96 struts were active, and in 97 the base DeVilles were converted to passive. My FSM even says the shocks are adjusted via a computer controlled solenoid

Isn't 96 the one off year for active struts, only fit 96? Do believe was only available with active from factory. Pretty sure that's why I avoided that year.

Thanks guys! I knew basscatt would set me straight on any errors I might have made.

Any opinions on the tie rod ends?

Monroe kit 90008 does include everything strut related (mounts etc.). Springs are NOT part of the package and will need to be purchased separately.
