Recently noticed a vibration in car from dead stop to about 40. Feel it in whole car. Not sure what it is, and don't even want to guess. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance

Have you had any work done to the car recently? Hit a pot-hole?

Start with the drivetrain - CV joints and front wheel hubs. Do the checks for a broken front center motor mount. Check wheel lug nuts for even torque - 100 lb/ft in a star pattern, 3/4" socket (2-piece lug nuts - flimsy trim caps ???).

Look through the pages of Cadillac Tech Tips - Discussions, Item Specific. If you're not familiar with moving rapidly around the site, try to Google items of interest: "cadillac forums 2003 deville front center motor mount" - or anything of interest, preceded by "cadillac forums ........".

Low speed would usually be an egg shaped tire.

I need to add that it used a very accesive amount of fuel to drive about 40 miles, almost 5 gals.

While a vibration or out of balance tire can deteriorate fuel mileage somewhat, it will not drag it down to 8 MPG. THAT is a separate problem. Check for a leaky FPR.

If it were running rich or missing, there should be a light/code(s).

If a brake caliper was dragging he should have excessive brake dust on one wheel, the smell of hot brakes after driving and a slightly more sluggish vehicle that doesn't coast like it usually does and it should probably be pulling to one side. If none of these are happening, I would start with rotating and balancing the tires. Cheap and easy first.

A little update, seems to be either a fuel supply or firing issue. Not overheating or anything to do with brakes or tires. After warm up is when it starts. I had the front coil pack replaced before this happened, so I had original coil pack back in. The original coil pack has rough idle, in gear, after warmup. Not sure if it is two separate problems. Maybe a stuck injector, and a firing issue???? Hopefully one of you guys with the experience can help me out. Thank you in advance

As stated, check for codes first. Something like this would typically throw a code.

I'd run a bunch of fuel injector cleaner for your next couple of tanks, and perhaps replace fuel filter too. Also maybe check/replace air filter and spark plugs. Plus, I'd clean the throttle body real good. You can do all this yourself, for not much money or time.
