89 Sedan Deville died at stop light

So the other day I was driving down the street, came to a red light, and the the car just died. Wouldn't turn over, no crank. Then got a tow home and let it sit. Then later on that day I went to start it and it turned over, however there was a little noise kind of like a bearing gone bad, but wasnt too loud. After the start I immediately turned off the car due to the noise. Two days later I went to start again and same thing noise came and ran for a bit then again car dies. Now I try to start and nothing. Not getting any crank at all. I have taken the battery to Autozone, and battery is good, they even put a charge. Next I did the starter. I took the starter off and took it to Autozone and turns out its bad. So I drop $70 on a new starter and put it on thinking it would fix the issue. New starter on, and still... nothing.

Now I'm stuck. Not sure if its the pump relay, or possible bad carb? Video below of the sound it makes when I try to start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The click sounds like it's the starter trying to work. If it's installed properly it's either not getting the power it needs or something is preventing the engine from turning over.

Sure sounds like the starter's engaging. Do you have a breaker bar and socket to try and turn the engine manually? When's the last time you checked your oil level?

The starter seems to be making an effort.
I would pull all the spark plugs and try to crank it.
    If that fails
I would put a wrench on it and see what it feels like.

Yeah, it sounds like the engine is locked up.

Thanks for the feedback. I sure hope the engine isnt locked up. I'll try to manually move the pulley to see if I can move it around. Next I'll do the spark plug suggestion, then I'll post back and update. Thanks again.

    ***UPDATE***
I took the advice to manually turn the pulley. NO ENGINE SEIZED. After a much frustration I took it in to get it checked out. Turns out a defective AC compressor was keeping the engine from turning over. Once the compressor was replaced all was good. Starts right up, no problem whatsoever. Just FYI, never imagined the AC compressor would prevent the car from starting. No wonder newer cars have the belts separate. Thanks everyone for the input.

I've seen water pumps, alternators, belt tensioners, and idler pulleys do the same thing.
