I just recently rebuilt my caddy motor and fired it up and the indication light says I have low fuel pressure to stop motor. I have primed the system and still no pressure. When I was building the motor I put a new oil pump in, so I'm stuck and need some ideas anyone

Moved to the proper Deville forums.
Fuel pressure ??? Oil pressure - the oil pump is driven by friction between the harmonic balancer hub, the oil pump drive sleeve, and the crankshaft machined shoulder. There is a specific torque - degree sequence to get that sleeve properly clamped. Read your GM service manual again, lock the engine flywheel (flexplate) and perform the proper torque/degree procedure on the harmonic balancer bolt.
