Rocker panel removal - 2004 Deville

Does anyone know, or can point me to info on the correct removal process of a rocker panel underneath the doors (4 door sedan)?

Look at the proper body parts diagrams in www.gmpartsgiant.com.

    Double-sided 3M tape ????

See the diagram, but there's no info of removal and replacement. Should I just subscribe to ALL DATA DYI for proper info? Just don't want to screw anything up when removing and replacing.

BTW - Think I made a mistake with this post. I'm speaking of the Rocker Panel Trim. Not the actual rocker panel. My apologies. Any help is appreciated.

AllData (or an FSM) is a very good thing to have anyway. If you were thinking about it, do it.
