    1998 Concours front end squeak

Alright guys, help me here, front end squeak is driving me crazy. My wife accuses me of being a bit OCD because I can't let go of this, she says just turn up the music! I don't have a ton of Caddy experience, but I'm thinking it must be the front struts. Over gentle bumps and if I push on either side of the front fenders, the car makes a squeaking noise that changes pitch with the severity of the movement. I've changed the torque struts (cured another OCD rattle), tie rod links and lubricated every moving part that I can get close to with no success. Any thoughts? I don't relish the idea of spending the bucks needed to replace the struts and I definitely don't want to spend the money if struts won't cure the squeak, but I love this car and want the front end to be as tight as the rest of it!

Be very careful of using 'creative spelling' to get around the CF word filters. You might just earn a vacation from the site. I changed your thread title to be a bit more descriptive.

Spray the stabilizer shaft insulators aka bushings (#30) a shot of WD40 and see if that quiets them down. If so, it will probably be temporary and they'll need to be replaced.

I agree with Ranger - with one exception -

give each moving part a shot of WD40 -
but do them one at a time -
that way you can discover which one is making the noise
